Yinkai Amazon Ads Analytics

Privacy Policy

Privacy practices for our private, internal Amazon advertising analytics application.

Effective date: August 25, 2026

1. Scope

Yinkai Amazon Ads Analytics is a private application operated by Yinkai and used only by authorized personnel to retrieve and analyze advertising information for advertising accounts owned or managed by our organization. It is not offered as a public service to third-party sellers or advertisers.

2. Information We Process

After an authorized Amazon account grants access, the application may process advertising account and profile identifiers, campaign and targeting configuration, keywords and search terms, budgets and bids, and aggregated advertising performance reports such as impressions, clicks, spend, attributed sales, and attributed orders.

The application is not designed to collect buyer names, postal addresses, phone numbers, payment information, or other buyer personally identifiable information.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information only for internal advertising reporting, performance analysis, operational monitoring, and decision support. The initial application is read-only and does not modify advertising campaigns or account settings.

4. Disclosure and Service Providers

We do not sell Amazon advertising information. We may use authorized infrastructure, security, data-processing, and AI service providers solely as necessary to operate and secure the application and produce internal analysis. Access is limited to the minimum information required for those purposes.

5. Retention and Security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the internal purposes described above and applicable legal or platform requirements. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and protected credential storage designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Amazon access credentials are not intentionally placed in public source-code repositories.

6. Authorization and Revocation

Access is initiated by an authorized Amazon account user. Authorization may be revoked through applicable Amazon account controls or by contacting us. After revocation, we will stop requesting new information associated with that authorization and delete retained information when it is no longer required.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the application, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are made.
